Return & Refund Policy

At Lighty&Comfy, we are committed to providing the best service possible to ensure you receive the highest quality products.We rely on our third-party partners who offer us the best products available on the market.To maintain our exclusive pricing and provide the best value to all our customers, we have established the following policy:
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. However take note that not all our products can be returned. Something like 10-20% of our products cannot be returned for the simple reason that some of our suppliers dont accept returns due to shipping time (some products can take up to 3 months to get to the warehouse) and for the product potentially to get either damaged or lost during the process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you decide to return an item contact us and we will guide you through the process to send back the item and we will refund you eventually.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective,or if you received the wrong item, we are here to help:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@lightyandcomfy.com
- Include your order number,name of the product and tracking number and clear photos of the item’s condition and packaging.
Our team will evaluate the issue and, if approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund you .
3. Order Cancellations
As we strive to deliver your order in 5-14 days, our processing begins almost immediately. Cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of placing the order and by offering a valid excuse. Once we approve the order and begin with the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled until it gets delivered.
We would like to add the fact that most of our products don't take more than 14 business days to be delivered but in case after this period of time your product doesn't get delivered and hasn't arrived to your nearest logistic point and/or at the same time it's untrackable you can ask us for your order to be canceled and either get a refund or a replacement.
